Candlelight Tour

Travel back to 1776 during a Candlelit Tour led by a costumed guide. Moores Creek National Park will be illuminated with more than 600 candles along a 3/4-mile path. Throughout the walk, your guided tour will encounter re-enactors who will recount the historic Battle of Moores Creek Bridge. Please wear proper footwear for a 45 minute walk, sometimes on uneven terrain; dress for warmth; and you may want to bring a flashlight. Tours depart every 15 minutes with the first tour at 5:30 pm and the last tour departing at 8:30 pm.
